Gulab jamun


 Gulab jamun is a popular Indian dessert similar to gulab jamun but darker in color.

 Made from khoya (reduced milk solids) or paneer (Indian cottage cheese), it's deep-fried until dark brown and then soaked in sugar syrup flavored with cardamom, saffron, and rose water. 

Kala jamun has a rich, sweet taste with a soft, spongy texture and is often served at festivals, weddings, and other special occasions.
